Batter:
2 cups flour (white)
1/4 cup corn starch
1/4 tsp salt
1 bottle Becks beer (Best Flavor)
Mix above ingredients, should be heavy cream consistency

Fry Oil
Deep Fry in Crisco

Halibut, cut into 1 to 11/2 inch cubes. Dip halibut into batter and deep fry
in hot oil about 3 minutes, or until it browns.
