Halibut Spread

2 cups poached, flaked halibut
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
3 tablespoons pickle relish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 dashes Tabasco
1 teaspoon prepared mustard, mayonnaise or salad dressing to moisten

Combine above ingredients. Use as a sandwich filling or as a spread for crackers or canapés.Makes 3 cups.
